Who we serve

Built for the people who price the job standing in it.

Record the walkthrough and WeVisu builds the priced estimate, the 3D design, the materials list and the client proposal, costed against your own labor rates. Trades use it to quote on site instead of at the kitchen table at 9pm.

01Remodeling & Construction

Whole-job scope, pricing and design, the core of the platform.

01

General contractors

Pricing six trades at once and carrying the risk on all of them. One walkthrough becomes a scoped estimate covering every trade, with subcontractor bids, permits and a schedule attached.

02

Kitchen & Bath remodelers

The rooms with the most fixtures, finishes and opinions per square foot — and the most change orders. Cabinetry runs and fixture counts captured while you talk, priced to your suppliers.

03

Carpenters

Framing, trim and built-ins get underpriced because the measuring happens after the conversation. Linear feet, opening sizes and stud counts land in the estimate straight from the scan.

04

Painters

Paint is priced on surface area, and surface area is where quotes go wrong. Walls, ceilings and trim measured from the scan, openings subtracted, your coverage rates applied.

05

Flooring

Square footage, waste factor, transitions and subfloor condition decide whether the job makes money. Dimensions off the scan, your waste percentage by material, priced to your catalogue.

06

Roofing

Getting on the roof to measure is the slowest part of quoting. Footprint, pitch and facets captured on the walkthrough, then tear-off, materials and disposal priced to your rates.

07

Windows & doors

Every opening is a separate measurement, product and install price. Each one recorded as you walk the house and matched to your supplier catalogue, with install labour attached.

08

Cabinetry & millwork

Runs, box counts, hardware and finish all have to be right before you quote. Configurations captured from the scan, priced from your own list, with the elevation rendered for approval.

Whatever you do

The Job May Be Different
But The Problem Is The Same

Every trade on this page walks a space, works out what it costs, and has to make it make sense to someone who is not a builder. That is the part WeVisu does.

01

You record the walkthrough

No forms, no checklist. Talk to the client the way you always have.

02

It prices to your rates

Your labour rates and your suppliers, never a national average.

03

The proposal builds itself

Scope, design, materials and schedule in one signable document.

04

It fits what you run

Your CRM, accounting and bank stay exactly where they are.

Common questions

Questions We Get From Every Trade

Which trades is WeVisu built for?

Any trade that prices work on site. It is used most by general contractors, kitchen and bath remodelers, painters, carpenters, pool builders and landscapers, but the underlying job, walk a space, work out the cost, convince a client, is the same across all sixteen trades listed above.

Do I need smart glasses to use it?

No. WeVisu runs on any iPhone or Android and the phone is where most people start. The glasses are an upgrade, and they run the same session against the same estimate.

Will it use my own price lists and labor rates?

Yes, and that is the point. Your material costs, rates and margins are loaded and applied to every estimate. Nothing is priced off a national average you never agreed to.

Is it worth it if I only run a few jobs a month?

Usually, because the saving is per job rather than per month. If a walkthrough that used to cost you an evening of paperwork now produces a proposal before you leave the driveway, a handful of jobs covers it.

Can I use it if I subcontract most of the work out?

Yes. The scope captured on the walkthrough can be posted to your subcontractors for bids without rewriting it, and their pricing comes back against the same line items you quoted the client.

Does it handle permits for my trade?

For work in California, the AI Permit Agent prepares the filing from the same job file, most commonly for kitchen, bathroom, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. Elsewhere the permit pack is prepared for you to file yourself.
