Billing cycles
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your billing date is set when you subscribe and renews automatically unless you cancel.
Upgrades and downgrades
Plan changes take effect immediately for upgrades. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds except where required by law.
Free trials
When a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.
