Eligible returns
Return eligibility depends on the vendor and product category. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may qualify within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Non-returnable items
Custom-cut materials, special-order items, and installed goods may not be returnable. Check product details before purchase.
